My experience at Toftrees was mixed. While the golf course was in excellent shape and the staff were proactive and friendly, the room left much to be desired in terms of comfort and value for money. Unfortunately, the hotel's handling of my reservation was poor and left me feeling frustrated. Overall, it has potential but needs significant improvements.
